Prices are loading-point prices and exclude transport. Transport is charged per trip based on the delivery area — Tambaram, Velachery, OMR, ECR, Ambattur, Avadi, Anna Nagar and surrounding suburbs. We will quote both numbers on the call, before the tipper is loaded. Prices shift with fuel, demand and quarry rates; the only price that matters is the one we give you on the phone for the day of delivery.

Grade and zone
IS 383 Zone II is the most common construction grade. Finer zones (Zone III / IV) and concrete-grade washed M-Sand cost more because extra sieving is required.
Wash cycle
Single-washed M-Sand is cheaper than double-washed. Double-washed removes the silt that weakens concrete — worth the premium for slabs and beams.
Distance from supply point to site
Transport is the biggest variable. A site in Tambaram costs less to deliver to than a site in Maraimalai Nagar. We price transport on the call based on your pin code.
Tipper size
A standard 10-wheeler tipper carries 300 CFT (≈ 8.5 m³, ≈ 13 tons). A 6-wheeler carries 200 CFT, a 12-wheeler carries 400 CFT. Per-ton price drops on bigger loads.
Diesel and royalty
Stone-royalty revisions by the state government and diesel price changes flow into the rate within a few weeks. We revise the published band weekly.
Demand and season
Summer (Mar–Jun) and post-monsoon (Oct–Dec) are peak construction months. Prices climb 5–10% at the peak; off-season, the same grade is cheaper.
