About OneInfra
A trusted supplier of M-Sand, P-Sand and Aggregate in Chennai.
OneInfra is a local civil material supplier based in Tambaram, Chennai. We wash, grade and deliver M-Sand, P-Sand, crusher dust, 12mm / 20mm / 25mm / 40mm blue metal and WMM to homeowners, masons and builders across the city — six days a week, with our own fleet of tippers.
Our story
We started because a mason we knew couldn't get a tipper on time.
OneInfra began as a single tipper and a contact list of source quarries. We saw the same problem over and over: builders and homeowners wanted clean, graded M-Sand and aggregates at a fair price, and they wanted it on a specific day. The supply chain in Chennai often failed on both.
Today we run our own supply point, our own fleet and our own wash-and-screen line. We don't claim to be the biggest — just the most reliable supplier on your speed-dial.
What we believe
Three things we do — and three things we never do.
Honest grading
We grade to IS 383. The M-Sand we deliver is the same M-Sand we sample. No mixed loads, no surprise filler.
Open pricing
The price we quote on the phone is the price on the receipt. No fuel surcharge added at the gate.
One call, one person
You speak to the same person who loads the truck. No call centres, no escalation matrix, no ticket numbers.
Our quality promise
If a load doesn't meet the grade, we replace it free.
We sample every batch and visually check the load before it leaves the supply point. If a mason or engineer finds the material off-grade on arrival, we replace the load at our cost.
Washed, not dusty
Every M-Sand and P-Sand load passes through our wash line. Dust, clay and silt are removed before the tipper leaves our supply point.
Graded to IS 383
Aggregates are sieved to Bureau of Indian Standards sizes. Plaster sand is the fine grade masons expect, not builder's sand.
Loaded the day you call
Most orders are loaded and on the road within four to eight hours. We will tell you a real time on the phone, not a vague 'by evening'.
Our drivers, our trucks
No subcontracted loads. The driver who picks up your material is an OneInfra employee, on salary, and accountable.

A working fleet of tippers, not a logo on a truck.
Six tippers on the road daily, all owned, all insured, all driven by OneInfra staff. Each 10-wheeler tipper carries 300 CFT (≈ 8.5 m³, ≈ 13 tons) — enough for an average home plaster job in one load.
